Here you see the view from my hotel room this evening (click for a bigger image), which looks out from Hong Kong Island onto Causeway Bay. The Catic Building at the extreme right, which mostly cropped, is where I'm working most of the day.
Finally I got to see this city after several times passing through the airport. I've got to say I'm not disappointed. It's an amazing city that's thrumming with energy day or night. Much as I like aspects of my adopted home, Singapore, I can't help but notice that Hong Kong has a decidedly hipper, cooler, edgier, chic-er vibe! Yeah, I could live here!
Work here has gone well. I like our prospective clients a lot, and it's been good traveling with my coworker.
